- We do not accept responsibility for injury, death, theft or property damage, however caused.
- Private charters are required if travelling with a child under the age of 7. Child safety restraints must be provided for passengers 7 years and under.
- You must follow the lawful directions & recommendations of our guide when travelling with us.
- We reserve the right to cancel or alter our itinerary owing to circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancellation Fees: If seats are not resold, cancellation fees will apply as follows: 24 - 12 hours before the date of travel 50%, less than 12 hours before the date of travel 100%.
